The Second Story: With several large ad agencies and a full in-house marketing department, Emerson is usually covered, but when special marketing efforts need to be completed quickly and within a tight budget, Second Story steps in.

The Project: Emerson’s Sensi Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostat was named by J.D. Power as the “highest in customer service” among smart thermostats. The campaign included a contractor sell sheet, a homeowner flyer, and a marketing kit for retail with a package sticker, lug on, shelf talker and counter card.
